5 ways coffee helped me maintain my weight loss

Yup, you’ve guessed, I LOVE coffee.

My love affair with the caffeinated goddess started about 20 years ago, back when the cool kids at work still got smoke breaks. It looked so fun to stand on the loading dock of the hotel and shoot the breeze, luckily I hated smoking so I took up coffee. I have no regrets. Coffee started as a way to partake in the restaurant crew’s gossip but over time it took on many other roles. Friend, chocolate substitute, weight loss partner, even the occasional substitute for a cocktail. Is it too much to say coffee saved me? Maybe not.
